How we use your data: To operate the marketplace, process bookings, facilitate communication between Bookers and Providers, and maintain security and audit records required for platform integrity and legal compliance.

Security logging: Key account and booking events (such as Terms of Service acceptance, contract signing, and cancellations) are recorded in an internal audit log, including timestamp and IP address, for security and dispute-resolution purposes.

Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. Booking details are shared only with the Provider or Booker involved in that booking, and with payment processors as needed to complete transactions.

Your choices: You may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time from your account settings, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
