808 Events is a venue-booking and scheduling marketplace provided by 808 Events Holdings, LLC ("808 Events", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Role of the Platform: 808 Events acts solely as a venue-matching, booking, and escrow facilitator connecting Hosts, Performers, Venues, and other providers ("Providers") with customers ("Bookers"). 808 Events is not a party to the underlying service or rental agreement formed between a Booker and a Provider.

Limitation of Liability: 808 Events is not liable for physical damages, personal injuries, or third-party contract breaches occurring at live events. Platform liability is limited strictly to platform fees collected on the relevant booking. Direct disputes, property damage, or physical liability remain the sole responsibility of the participating parties.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for honoring bookings you accept, and for complying with all applicable local laws (including alcohol, noise, and permit regulations).

Cancellations: Cancellation terms, including refund and disruption-fee calculations, are described in our Cancellation Policy and are recorded against each booking.

Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
